The Colours of Life runs once a week for approximately 3 months. Each session is 2 hours long. The workshops are interactive and holistic, guiding you to discover more about yourself and your place, value and purpose in this world. The Colours of Life is designed to build your skills of reflection whilst giving you a deeper understanding on how to navigate your different relationships- be it with Allah, your family, friends or your community. Month One: The Colours of Self-Discovery

Month Two: The Colours of Relationship Building
Learn how to build deep and meaningful relationships. Topics covered include:
- How do I build a strong relationship with Allah?
- How do I build a healthy relationship with my family?
- How do I find and build valuable friendships?
- How do I connect with my community?

Month Three: The Colours of Faith
Learn how to improve your spiritual well-being. Topics covered include:
- How do I improve my Salah and add value to my life?
- How can I practically live the example of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW)?
- How can I relate to the Quran on a deeper level?
- How can I uncover the power of duaa?
